REGISTRAR’S OFFICE
Throughout your time at Coastal College of Nursing, the Registrar’s Office is a central place for information and services. The office is responsible for enrollment verification, recording of grades, transcript requests, and other matters related to records and registration.
In addition, the office maintains essential student information. If you have a change in name, address, or phone number, please complete the “Notice of Change” form as soon as possible to keep your information current.

Enrollment Verification
For enrollment or degree verifications, companies must obtain student approval (written and electronic signatures are accepted) to release the information. The request will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Requests can be submitted via letter, email, or fax 919.383.4014 to the Registrar’s Office.
The following information should be included with your request:
- Student’s full name
- Alternate name(s) used while attending Coastal College of Nursing
- Student’s date of birth
- Last 4 digits of SSN
- Dates the student attended
- Date of graduation (if applicable)
