Coastal School of Nursing’s LPN Program

Requirements for Admission:
- Get Started on the Coastal School of Nursing application.
- Official transcripts of all previously completed coursework from high schools, colleges, and universities, including diploma programs.
- Applicants must have a GED, high school transcript, or an undergraduate degree or any equivalence.
- Send transcripts to: Coastal School of Nursing, ATTN: Admission Processing Center, 943 Cesery Boulevard Bldg. D, Jacksonville FL 32211. For electronic transcripts, send to: admin@coastalcollegeofnursing.com.
- Current résumé of work experience or Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- A level 2 criminal background check shall be submitted before attending clinical.
Conditional admissions are considered to allow time to complete these requirements.
Admission is available for the Fall and Spring semester of each academic year. Applicants will be accepted, and students must register three weeks before classes start unless given special approval by the LPN Program Director. This is only after the student has completed an application and has been officially admitted into the program.
Classes start mid-August every Fall and mid-January for Spring. Applications are processed immediately upon receiving all required materials. Applicants are notified of the admission decision as soon as possible.
